Enduring life's challenges is hard. At times they can make us question if the path we have chosen is worth staying on. No matter how hard these times may seem we must push forward continuing to better ourselves. The challenges we experience change us. They can give us a new perspective. They humble us.
In order for us to become what we want to be as a band we cannot remain what we are. To do so we must be focused on finding the best way to move forward and not simply having our own way. Building a consensus and getting buy in are key in making this work. If we want to succeed we have to check egos at the door, focus on the best decision for the team and remember, if it doesn't challenge us, it doesn't change us.
