Honoring Those Who Serve...

Updated: Feb 4, 2019

On Monday, January 28th public safety professionals from around Shelby County gathered at the annual 100 Club of Memphis Awards Dinner. Every year the 100 Club of Memphis holds this event in order to award public servants for their outstanding service to their community.

The 100 Club of Memphis is an organization that supports the families of the first responders in Memphis and Shelby County. Chartered in 1956, Memphis leaders have committed to personally provide financial assistance to the families of the courageous men and women who dedicate, and sometimes give, their lives to protect us.

Congratulations to Lt. Byron Braxton, recipient of the 2019 Medal of Valor Award, and Sgt. Craig Littles, recipient of the 2019 Jerome Turner Community Service Award, . For more on these outstanding officers and the 100 Club of Memphis click here.
